Carbondale Jr Sports Tackle Football
7th and 8th grade students may participate this season
Dates: Practice starts July12 @ the Superblock field behind CMS
Games start Aug 21 and end Oct 9 and will be played in neighboring towns.
Each parent has the responsibility to transport their child to games.
Name, birthdate, grade card, address, phone # Parent’s phone numbers must be provided to register!!
Our goal is to assemble and team of players who will represent Carbondale with pride and respect. We wish to develop football skills and personal attributes
that will allow our players to feed into the CCHS football family.
Inappropriate behavior by players and/or parents will not be tolerated. All players and parents must attend a team meeting prior to the player attending the first
game.
Cost is $60 for the season.
The registration fee must be paid before before attending practice. No individuals will be able to walk onto the field and practice without registering.
