First Practice

1. Introduce the team members including the coaches (Head Coach and Assistant)

2. Pick a Team Name (Something better than Team 5 hopefully)

3. Hand out schedules for the season

4. Explain the rules of the indoor game

5. Focus on dribbling skills



Please bring shin guards, flat shoes with no cleats, and a ball.
